Corporate Fitness

As the employer, there are many benefits to using my program and having a more health conscious staff. Employees will be more productive, healthy, and as a result, have less sick days. Additionally, the staff would benefit from having more energy, being stronger, maintaining a positive mindset, and overall better health.

The program consists of an online 30 minute exercise class that would include a  warm-up, cardio, toning, and a cool down. This class would be 30 minutes in total, if you wanted it longer 45 minutes would be the maximum.
